No refunds on digital goods

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. Blurrist sells instant digital downloads. Once you complete a purchase, the files are delivered right away and cannot be returned the way a physical item can.

For that reason, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

Why sales are final

• Your files are sent immediately after purchasing.
• Digital goods can be copied and kept after delivery.
• There is no unused item to ship back.

Before you checkout

Double check the product title, preview, and price. Make sure the email address at checkout is correct so your download arrives without a hitch.

Delivery problems

If payment went through but you never received your download email, that is a delivery issue, not a refund request. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will help you get access to the files you paid for.
