- You can open the link and grab your files on the spot.
How delivery works
There is no waiting for a courier and no tracking number. Delivery means the download email and access to your digital files. Most buyers see that email within a few minutes of paying.
Where to find your files
- Check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout.
- Look for messages from Blurrist or Shopify Digital Downloads.
- Peek in spam or promotions if it is not in your main inbox yet.
- Open the download link from that email to save your files.
If your download is delayed
Digital delivery is usually immediate. If a few minutes pass and you still do not see the email, refresh your inbox, check spam, and confirm the email address on the order. Still stuck? Contact us through the Contact page and we will help you get your files.
Devices and formats
Files are ready for download on phones, tablets, and computers with a normal web browser. Keep the download email handy if you want to grab the files again later.
